| The following are examples of
the standard of plans we produce. These are created in AutoCAD but
can be supplied as PDF’s as well as paper plans.
Plan A shows the results of
the tree survey and the identified tree constraints. 
Plan B shows how those constraints
will impact on the development area and construction methods.

Plan C shows how that impact
is altered following the removal of just one key tree. 
It is this clarity of information that allows architects
and layout designers to easily understand the tree constraints on
their site and how to avoid them. This reduces the need for costly
and time consuming redesigns of layouts drawn up in ignorance of
the tree constraints and allows the project to progress more rapidly
and with the approval of the Local Planning Authority’s Tree
Officer.
